The role focuses on delivering volume growth, improving customer collaborations and leading a high-performing team in a changing automotive landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the automotive fleet market.
• Strong commercial awareness with budget management.
• Experience developing customer and sales channel strategies.
• Ability to maximise sales with existing customers and prospect new ones.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Stakeholder management across retailer, brand, factory and international teams.
• Experience managing tenders and developing business cases.
• Driven to achieve targets and results.
