Background – FMCG Convenience / RETAIL PHARMACY / FIELD SALES / RETAIL STORES MERCHANDISING
Territory: National Reference: KSP/COMB
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Operations Manager to oversee our national team. The role focuses on managing field teams, driving sales, ensuring compliance, and supporting leadership.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing the team to achieve excellence and customer service standards
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices
• Auditing and conducting field visits
• Providing feedback and coaching to improve performance
• Building relationships with the team and customers
• Driving sales in the field
• Managing time effectively and reporting

Key requirements include:

• Strong integrity and influencing skills
• National travel, 4 days in the field per week
• Experience managing sales teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
