Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, driven National Field Sales Operations Manager. The role focuses on managing a team in the field, driving sales, maintaining high standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The candidate will liaise with leadership, report on activities, and support team development.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver excellent store standards and customer service.
• Ensure compliance and best practices are followed.
• Audit the field team and conduct field visits.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
• Build relationships with the team and customers.
• Drive sales and manage time effectively.
• Complete and submit reports.

Key Requirements:

• Strong personal integrity and influence skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally, about 4 days a week in the field.

Remuneration:

• Competitive annual salary with end-of-year bonus.
