Field Sales Operations Manager National
Background – FMCG Convenience / RETAIL PHARMACY / FIELD SALES / RETAIL STORES MERCHANDISING
Territory: National Reference: KSP/COMB
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Operations Manager at the national level. The role focuses on managing a team in the field, driving sales, maintaining high standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, ensuring compliance, conducting audits and field visits, providing feedback and coaching, building relationships with the team and customers, and driving sales.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Travel nationwide is expected, with approximately 4 days in the field per week.
Qualifications include integrity, experience in managing sales teams, strong interpersonal skills, confidence, presentation skills, fluency in English, and a full driving license with access to a vehicle.
Remuneration includes a competitive salary, end-of-year bonus, vehicle allowance, mobile and laptop, pension, 28 days leave, and incentives.
