We are looking for a dynamic and driven National Field Sales Operations Manager. The role focuses on managing a team in the field, driving sales, maintaining high standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, conducting audits and field visits, providing coaching, building relationships with the team and customers, and driving sales growth. The role requires travel nationally, strong management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing field sales teams, strong interpersonal skills, and a full driving license with access to a vehicle. Fluency in English and demonstrable educational qualifications up to GCSE level are required. Experience with retail outlet visits and proficiency in IT systems are preferred.
