Job summary

City Facilities Management seeks a National Electrical Manager to lead electrical compliance across nationwide contracts. You will guide testing and inspection activities, supervise technicians, and ensure high standards while maintaining client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to deliver reports on performance metrics. This is a full-time position within the FM sector.

Qualifications

• GCSE/Standard Grade level minimum; NVQ3/City & Guilds 236 would be desirable.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing certification is required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation/maintenance in FM environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical compliance testing and inspection activities.
• Provide technical direction to maintenance teams and contractors.
• Maintain strong client relationships and report on KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory standards and HSE policies are followed.
