City Facilities Management is seeking a National Electrical Manager to lead the Electrical Testing & Inspection contract nationwide. You will provide technical support, guidance, and drive compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role demands oversight of certification, audits, and remediation tasks, with a focus on cost-effective service delivery. A robust electrical background and leadership experience are essential.

Qualificações

• GCSE/Standard Grade minimum; NVQ3/City & Guilds 236 Part 1+2 or equivalent in electrical install/maintenance.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing.
• City & Guilds 2381 18th Edition.
• Experience leading a team and developing client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Drive improvement and consistency across electrical services.
• Support field technicians with on-site knowledge sharing.
• Report on FM activity relating to electrical strategies.
• Audit electrical documentation and address non-conformities.
• Review a sample of electrical certifications monthly.
• Manage remedial works from PPM tasks.
• Liaise with customer and internal management.
• Provide technical support to technicians and managers.
