Job summary

City Facilities Management seeks a National Electrical Manager to lead electrical compliance and testing & inspection activities across contracts nationwide. You will coach field teams, drive improvements, and ensure regulatory adherence with strong customer relations.

The role requires hands-on leadership of a multi-client FM environment, delivering reports, audits, and strategic guidance while maintaining safety standards and budgetary controls.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE/Standard Grade minimum.
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 236 Part 1+2 or equivalent in electrical installation/maintenance.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing.
• Experience leading a team in a multi-client FM environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical compliance and related T&I activities.
• Provide technical guidance to customer and field teams.
• Audit documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Attend and lead meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Develop client relationships at senior levels.
