You will drive growth from £7m toward £10m–£15m turnover, shaping strategy and securing large contracts with senior decision makers.

You will lead tender submissions, identify opportunities, and partner with leadership to ensure delivery capabilities align with expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Experience winning new business within soft FM, commercial cleaning or related FM environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow turnover from £7m to £10m–£15m.
• Develop a clear business development strategy.
• Identify target sectors and clients; develop relationships.
• Lead tender opportunities from initial contact to contract award.
• Own public sector tender submissions and coordinate the tender process.
