Rogers McHugh is seeking a Senior Business Development Director for its soft FM division in the North West. You will shape growth, identify opportunities, and drive tender submissions for larger contracts, including public sector work.

You will lead relationships with senior decision makers, craft tender submissions, and align BD activity with operational delivery to sustain quality and scale. Equity potential may be discussed for the right candidate.

Competenze

• Experience in facilities management or commercial cleaning sectors.
• Proven track record of winning new business within soft FM or related FM environments.
• Experience writing public sector tenders from start to finish.
• Ability to identify and qualify tender opportunities and produce high quality submissions.
• Understanding of commercial pricing and contract terms.
• Experience presenting to senior decision makers and negotiating contracts.

Mansioni

• Help grow an established £7m business toward £10m–£15m turnover.
• Develop and implement a clear business development strategy.
• Identify target sectors and clients and develop tender opportunities.
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through to contract award.
• Take ownership of public sector tender submissions and coordinate the tender process.
• Build a structured BD approach with pipeline management, lead generation and forecasting.
• Contribute ideas to strategy and help shape growth now and in future.
