Job summary

E. ON Control Solutions Ltd is seeking for a Leeds-based professional with proven BEMS experience to manage comprehensive project duties from cost control to stakeholder communication. The role requires coordinating with estimating, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Responsibilities include producing reports, managing variations, and maintaining documentation in line with H&S and CDM requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with BEMS/HVAC products.
• Strong leadership and commercial awareness.
• Experience managing projects and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Full cost management of allocated projects.
• Ensure compliance with H&S and CDM requirements.
• Attend site progress meetings and produce weekly project reports.
• Submit variations and interim payments for projects.
• Coordinate with estimating/sales at technical/commercial level.
• Create and manage a project program of works.
• Prepare monthly revenue forecast and C2C reports.
• Regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
