Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a BMS Account Manager in London. You will own relationships with a portfolio of Central Services clients, ensuring energy performance benefits and opportunities for service expansion, while coordinating with Operations as the client's main contact.

You will build trusted relationships across site teams to senior executives, review client objectives, and drive appropriate service delivery and renewals to maintain long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for your key accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships with stakeholders at every level.
• Develop and deliver an account plan for retention and growth, identifying opportunities to extend services within existing accounts.
• Lead bids and prepare proposals and reports, including building surveys and BEMS upgrade or enhancement proposals.
• Own contract renewals and commercial negotiations to protect margin and secure long-term agreements.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM and assist Finance with invoice queries and overdue payments.
• Ensure work sold is profitable and delivered on time, staying in regular contact with Operations and monitoring performance against SLA.
