Futures is seeking a National Account Manager to oversee top-tier High Street and Pharmacy accounts across the UK, with full channel autonomy.

You will partner with internal teams to develop strategic plans, drive growth, and negotiate terms with key retailers like Boots and Superdrug, while tracking performance and delivering regular reviews to senior management. Hybrid working options and travel opportunities are available.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in National Accounts, with Boots or Superdrug exposure.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG/health & beauty market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with relationship-building ability.
• Analytical thinker able to derive insights from data.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with key national retail accounts such as Boots and Superdrug.
• Drive sales growth by creating and executing strategic account plans.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms of trade for profitability.
• Analyse market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, supply chain and finance to align strategies.
• Monitor account performance and adjust plans to meet targets.
• Prepare and present business reviews and forecasts to senior management.
