Job summary

Seven Search and Selection Ltd is recruiting a Business Development Executive for a market-leading coffee business. The role focuses on developing a portfolio of 30–35 foodservice customers, including cafés, hotels and workplace caterers, and driving sales growth.

It is a field-based position with 1–2 days per week in the West London office. The package includes up to £35,000 salary, a company car, bonus and benefits, plus training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or a customer-driven role.
• Comfortable engaging with different customers and learning quickly.
• Passion for the F&B, FMCG, coffee or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of ~30–35 foodservice customers.
• Build strong relationships with cafés, hotels, leisure operators, hospitality groups and workplace catering businesses.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales, increase distribution and develop existing accounts.
• Support the wider sales team with customer administration, reporting and forecasting.
• Conduct customer review meetings and ensure commercial plans are delivered.
