About Our Client:

My client is a growing FMCG company with a strong brand, currently experiencing double-digit sales growth, looking to expand their successful sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key retailers such as Aldi, Lidl, Ocado, Holland & Barrett, and Boots, including supporting the development of top retailers' convenience segments.
  • Increase distribution for our branded portfolio of impulse and share product ranges with both new and existing customers.
  • Opportunities to partner with selected retailers to develop their own brands using our capabilities.
  • Develop joint business plans with key customers to generate revenue and profit growth.
  • Create promotional programs that maximize ROI and meet business objectives, aligned with strategic importance.
  • Monitor market and trade developments, proposing new strategies to drive revenue.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer management experience with key grocery retailers.
  • Passionate about sales, comfortable with presenting, negotiating, and influencing at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach across functions.
  • Organized, thorough, with a strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated, proactive in identifying and pursuing opportunities and challenges.
