We’re now seeking a National Account Manager to take ownership of our High Street Discounters channel. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to lead, influence, and grow our presence in one of the fastest-moving retail environments in the UK.

  • Full P&L accountability for discounter accounts, managing promotional plans, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Leading strategic joint business plans and unlocking new growth opportunities.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with buyer contacts and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing the performance of multiple brands and SKUs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driving commercial initiatives aligned with Valeo’s long-term vision.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Proven track record in FMCG account management, preferably within the Discounters channel.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-led approach to decision-making.
  • Confident negotiator with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ambitious, energetic, and ready to grow within a high-performing commercial team.
