About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially astute and relationship-driven individual to help accelerate our presence within the UK’s largest Health & Beauty retailers. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for driving best-in-class execution, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and delivering sustainable growth in Boots as well as Superdrug.

You’ll own the relationship and strategy for your retailers, identifying and delivering key initiatives, promotions and in-store execution to unlock the full potential of our partnership with the UK’s leading retailer.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and commercial strategies for Boots & Superdrug.
  • Own regular forecasting, performance analysis and reporting, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Category teams to ensure delivery of customer and internal business objectives.
  • Manage promotional plans, investment tracking and P&L responsibility for your retailers ensuring commercial effectiveness.
Retail Execution & Brand Visibility
  • Champion the Harry’s brand in-store by driving presence, availability, and executional excellence.
  • Explore opportunities for increased visibility including merchandising solutions, fixture enhancements, and activation events.
  • Monitor competitive activity and use insights to influence strategic decisions ensuring we have a seat at the table with the retailer for key commercial decisions.
Customer Operations & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Own our relationship with key decision makers strengthening their engagement in Harry’s brand and the role we uniquely play in growing their category.
  • Oversee all customer processes including line form submissions, launch timings, and promotion delivery.
  • Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure accurate stock forecasting and availability at store level.
  • Track and evaluate the success of all initiatives, using learnings to refine future plans.

Who You Are
  • A confident, data-driven account manager with experience managing Health & Beauty retail customers, ideally, Boots.
  • Comfortable owning the customer relationship and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • A natural communicator with a growth mindset, always looking to improve and learn.

Bonus if you have:

  • Direct experience working with Boots or another top Health & Beauty retailer
  • Experience in FMCG, preferably in a brand-led organization.
  • Ability to utilise category data and insights tools (i.e. Circana)
