Your role

Corpay is currently looking to hire a National Account Manager/Business Development Manager within our Cross-Border, Foreign Exchange (FX) division in the UK. This group partners with a range of companies across various industries to help solve the unique challenges of processing cross-border payments. Our subject matter experts enable our partners to create, integrate, service, and scale a world-class currency and payments offering.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven sales professional to join our successful sales team at our office in Manchester or London. We are seeking hungry, sales-focused professionals with a passion for Foreign Exchange (FX). You will be key in growing Corpay’s commercial presence and enhancing our portfolio by bringing in new business partners and revenues through prospecting, selling, and onboarding new clients.

FX is a fast-paced industry where you will be speaking to business owners and C-level executives to understand their business and international payments needs, and to determine how our solutions can help them more efficiently and cost-effectively.

What you'll be doing
How We Work

As a National Account Manager/Business Development Manager, you will work in a hybrid environment (3 office days) at our London office in Moorgate. Corpay will support your success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in our office
  • Company-issued equipment and remote access
  • Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
  • Identifying business opportunities by sourcing prospects and evaluating their FX needs
  • Developing sales channels within the region, including networking, exhibitions, sponsorship events, and telephone outreach
  • Selling Corpay solutions using a consultative approach, presenting tailored solutions based on client needs, and explaining our value proposition and online product portfolio
  • Managing client onboarding processes while maintaining excellent customer experience
  • Pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, market analysis, and networking
  • Scheduling meetings with prospective clients, either in-person or via web
  • Overseeing the entire sales cycle, maintaining relationships, and ensuring customer success
  • Collaborating with traders to ensure transactions are executed accurately and efficiently, providing a top-tier client experience
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in foreign exchange services or banking and finance
  • Proven sales and analytical skills for successful business development
  • Outbound B2B sales experience is desirable
  • Ability to navigate corporate structures and identify decision makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
  • Professional demeanor and strong listening skills
  • Team player with a focus on sales goals
  • Attention to detail, especially regarding client data and payments
