The role is part of Carrier Rental Systems, a division of the global Carrier Corporation, one of the leading suppliers of temperature control rental equipment in the UK and Ireland. We are currently seeking a National Account Manager responsible for account management and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong, value-adding relationships with existing customers
• Account management and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Negotiate contracts and SLAs
• Analyze bid opportunities, prepare responses, negotiate with potential customers, and secure projects
• Identify new opportunities with account management teams and develop strategies to meet client needs, increasing sales
• Collaborate with depot networks and internal Service Centre teams
• Continuously develop product and application knowledge
• Utilize and contribute to Carrier Rental Systems data systems, including CRM
• Manage commercial aspects to ensure order profitability
• Increase awareness of Carrier Rental Systems within the region
• Provide reports on customer inquiries, hires, and sales

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in sales or account management, ideally in the rental sector
• UK driving license
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused and result-oriented attitude
