Amazon Account Manager

As Amazon Account Manager, you’ll own the strategy and performance of high-growth brands on Seller and Vendor Central – from content and ads to client relationships and results.

The Amazon Account Manager will:

  • Serve as the key point of contact for client accounts, maintaining regular communication and trust
  • Own the execution of brand strategies across advertising, keywords and content optimisation
  • Monitor account performance, proactively identifying growth and efficiency opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals
  • Manage case resolutions and client escalations through Amazon support channels

The Amazon Account Manager will need:

  • 2+ years’ experience managing Amazon accounts, ideally within an agency environment
  • Hands-on experience with both Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms
  • Proven success in optimising marketing performance and managing budgets
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
