Job summary

MacGregor Black is engaged to recruit a National Account Manager for M&S with a focus on food and snacking manufacturing. You will own the M&S relationship, drive growth, and work across product development, technical, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless execution.

In this role, you will lead through commercial plans, manage profitability, and coordinate launches from brief to production while maintaining high standards of quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in national account management with major UK retailers.
• Strong understanding of P&L, pricing and forecasting dynamics.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&S relationship across buying, product development, technical and supply chain teams.
• Develop and deliver a clear commercial account plan with growth and profit priorities.
• Own the account P&L, including sales, margin, forecasting and cost management.
