A leading NHS Trust in Bristol is seeking a Band 5 paediatric nurse for a secondment opportunity to train parents and carers for the short-term enteral feeding pathway. Candidates should have recent experience in enteral feeding, strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and must be proactive and reliable. This role offers flexible working hours and is part-time at 0.5 WTE, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

We have an exciting secondment opportunity for a 0.5 WTE, Band 5, paediatric nurse to work hospital wide, identifying and training parents / carers for the short-term enteral feeding pathway (STEFP). Working closely with the Community Children’s Nursing Team and dietitians to enable safe and timely discharges for this cohort of patients.
We are seeking a paediatric nurse with recent enteral feeding experience and competency. Autonomous working is essential as well as working effectively within the multidisciplinary team across different specialties. The applicant should be proactive and reliable with excellent clinical, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Day time shifts, flexible working hours / pattern will be considered.
Working hours available : 0.5 WTE
