Job summary

iD Mobile Limited, part of Currys PLC, seeks a Product Setup Lead to own end-to-end configuration and launch of mobile tariffs, add-ons, bundles and promotions across our technology stack. You will collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Billing, CRM and Operations to ensure accurate, tested and compliant propositions reach market.

The role bridges commercial owners and delivery teams, translating requirements into actionable configuration while maintaining governance and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within a UK MNO, MVNO or telecoms environment.
• Experience delivering mobile tariffs, packages, bundles and promotional offers.
• Strong understanding of mobile product lifecycle management.
• Billing and charging processes.
• CRM and provisioning systems.
• Proven cross-functional delivery leadership.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent product launches.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience with MATRIXX and Amdocs.
• Experience with MVNO operating models.
• Knowledge of prepaid, postpaid and hybrid mobile propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of SIM-only plans, device propositions, data add-ons, roaming products.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery from approval through to launch.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, milestones and readiness activities.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies and issues.
• Ensure all impacted business areas are prepared for successful launches.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions across business stakeholders.
• Translate commercial requirements into system configuration requirements and manage product setup within CRM solutions and order platforms.
• Maintain product catalogue governance and setup standards, templates and operating procedures.
