Job summary

Airalo is seeking a hands-on Technical Team Lead to steer the global build and integration of Full MVNO systems. You will lead a Build Team that architects, tests, and delivers end-to-end MVNO capabilities across markets, with a Build-to-Run model.

You'll own the subscriber database (HSS/HLR), core signalling, and interconnects, guiding engineering and QA through delivery, testing, and handover to Run after launch. Remote work across Europe is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on in mobile core networks.
• 2+ years leading a team of engineers and/or QA specialists in an agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of both packet core and voice core (HSS/HLR, policy & charging, VoLTE).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and QA specialists across global rollout streams.
• Own architecture and setup of Full MVNO core components and end-to-end service readiness.
• Drive regulatory compliance and integration with host operators.
