Job summary

Currys plc, via iD Mobile, seeks a Solution Architect – Mobile to shape and deliver technology solutions across BSS/OSS, digital and retail channels. You’ll own end-to-end solution design for core mobile capabilities, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure architectural standards across a fast-paced environment in the UK.

The role is hybrid, Waterloo-based, with a 12-month fixed-term contract, and requires senior leadership in solution architecture for MVNO and operator ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting solutions for mobile networks (MVNO/MNO)
• Understanding of BSS/OSS and CRM, catalogue, order management
• Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs, eTOM, SID or similar
• Stakeholder engagement and guiding other architects in complex programmes

Responsibilities

• Lead design of solution architectures across BSS/OSS, CRM and billing domains
• Define components, services, and integrations for mobile capabilities (onboarding, billing, SIM/eSIM)
• Ensure real-time, high-volume, scalable architectures with cost efficiency
• Govern and integrate with host operator and third-party platforms
