Job summary

BMG is seeking a Manager - Supply Chain Operations on a fixed-term contract through to April 2027. You will oversee end-to-end operational execution for both physical and digital music releases, coordinating across Marketing, repertoire teams, and distribution partners to ensure timely availability and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain operations within music or digital content.
• Knowledge of digital product setup for DSPs and metadata requirements.
• Understanding of physical manufacturing workflows and lead times.
• Strong project coordination across multiple releases and dependencies.
• High accuracy when handling product data and deadlines.
• Comfort with workflow tools, product management systems, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and digital products across internal systems and partner platforms.
• Own the operational setup of digital releases, including metadata, assets, territories, dates, and pricing for DSP delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing and repertoire teams to translate release plans into operational setup.
• Coordinate with Digital Operations and other teams for DSP interventions and delivery escalation.
• Translate commercial plans into executable timelines, product specs, manufacturing orders, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate physical manufacturing across formats (CDs, vinyl, cassette, box sets, packaging).
• Track production milestones: audio, artwork, metadata, approvals, proofs, test pressings, sign-off.
• Ensure products are ready for release with complete assets and correct configuration.
• Manage product lifecycle events: changes, cancellations, reissues, represses, pricing updates, takedowns.
• Serve as primary operational link between repertoire owners, Marketing, Commercial, Metadata, Asset Management, and distributors.
