Job summary

The Supply Register, recruiting on behalf of Wolverhampton College, seeks a Music Lecturer to join a dynamic team in Wolverhampton. You will inspire aspiring musicians by delivering high-quality teaching and supporting learners to reach their full potential within the music industry.

Deliver engaging lessons, plan activities meeting curriculum requirements, assess progress, and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learner experience and curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience within the music industry, music education, or a related creative sector.
• Knowledge of performance, composition, music technology, and contemporary music practices.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for supporting and developing learners.
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable.
• A valid or update-service DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
