Responsibilities

• Support pupils in lessons and help them access learning in a way that suits their individual needs.
• Using creativity and musical understanding to engage and motivate students.
• Providing 1:1 and small group support, including those with additional learning needs.
• Assisting teachers in delivering inclusive, accessible lessons.
• Encouraging confidence, participation and positive behaviour through supportive relationships.
