Job summary

UCM Education is seeking a confident Music Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary SEMH school in Tower Hamlets, London. This full-time, long-term role involves supporting students during music lessons and studio sessions, using Logic Pro and MIDI equipment to aid music production.

You will help with emotional regulation, de-escalation strategies, and plan adaptable music activities while collaborating closely with teachers and pastoral teams to monitor student progress.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students 1:1 and in small groups in a school setting.
• Strong music skills and confidence using Logic Pro and studio equipment.
• Calm and proactive approach to supporting students with complex behaviours.

Responsibilities
