Job Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to lead and develop a busy MSK Physiotherapy team across Inverness and Ross-shire. Responsibilities include service development, staff management, and professional support, with opportunities for leadership mentoring and education oversight.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the MSK Physiotherapy team.
2. Develop and progress the MSK service strategically from early intervention to discharge.
3. Collaborate with other MSK services and healthcare professionals to improve service delivery.
4. Provide expert clinical assessment and treatment of MSK conditions.
5. Support staff education, supervision, and development.

Candidate Requirements

• Advanced clinical knowledge and expertise in MSK assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Significant physiotherapy experience, preferably with leadership skills.
• Ability to demonstrate high clinical standards.
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Additional Information

Flexible working options, including part-time or job share, may be considered. The role involves approximately 60% clinical work and 40% management/leadership. The base location can be negotiated, with regular travel within Inverness and Ross-shire.
