Job summary
Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our on-site team covering Warminster and surrounding area. You will perform general maintenance and basic trades such as joinery, plumbing, and plastering across social housing tenanted properties, indoors and outdoors, with a 39-hour Mon-Fri week.
You will work with a supportive planning team, with onsite DBS checks and a UK driving licence required. Training provided, plus benefits and a focus on safe, high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Background as a handyperson/skilled labourer with basic trade skills
- NVQ Level 2 Trade Qualification (Carpentry, Plumbing or equivalent)
- Level 2 Award in Property Maintenance
- PASMA/IPAF advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- DBS check required
Responsibilities
- General maintenance around site (tenanted properties)
- Basic joinery repairs or replacements (doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms)
- Basic plumbing repairs/replacements (taps, basins, baths, showers)
- Basic patch plastering
- Painting and decorating where needed
- Site cleanliness and order
- Use PDA and work from job tickets
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Deliver high quality service to customers in their homes
- Maintain up-to-date systems and records
