Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our voids team in the Southampton area to refurbish vacant social housing properties to a livable standard.

You will cover kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, tiling and painting across sites in Southampton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth and Salisbury. This role offers a 39-hour week, DBS check, UK driving licence and company van with fuel card.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple trades to refurbish vacant social housing properties.
• Ability to deliver kitchens/bathrooms refurbishments to a high standard.
• Comfort using job tickets/handheld devices to manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope refurbishments on vacant social housing properties across multiple trades.
• Refurbish kitchens and bathrooms and install flooring/tiling to a high standard.
• Use live system to manage and update daily tasks and workload.
