Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Warminster is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to carry out responsive repairs within social housing properties across the Warminster area.

You'll perform joinery and carpentry repairs, plumbing repairs and replacements, patch plastering and basic flooring, and manage your own daily workload while delivering good customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in joinery and carpentry repairs.
• Plumbing repairs and replacements experience.
• Social housing/responsive repairs experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Asbestos awareness, manual handling and working at height training are a plus.
• DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs in social housing properties across Warminster area.
• Perform joinery and carpentry repairs.
• Carry out plumbing repairs and replacements.

• Warminster Location: Warminster & surrounding areas Hours: Monday-Friday, 39 hours Pay: Competitive hourly rate Type: Temporary ongoing, with potential for temp-to-perm Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to carry out responsive repairs within social housing properties across the Warminster area.
