Job summary

TalentTech Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Workshop Engineer for a Gloucestershire site based in Tewkesbury. The role involves fault-finding on electrical and battery-operated floor cleaning equipment, and performing routine maintenance within an established engineering team.

The ideal candidate has electrical fault-finding experience, a mechanical aptitude, and a can-do attitude. You must hold a full UK driving licence with the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical fault finding in a workshop environment.
• Ability to fault find using a multimeter and electrical tests.
• Mechanical understanding to support repair and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Workshop-based role in Tewkesbury within an established team.
• Conduct routine maintenance and in-depth repairs on floor-cleaning systems.
• Fault finding on electrical and battery-operated machinery.
• Provide product training when required.
• Work with a multiskilled skillset to support service goals.
• Adhere to shift pattern: 08:00–16:30 Mon–Thu, 08:00–15:30 Fri.
