Job summary

TalentTech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Workshop Engineer for floor-care systems in Gloucestershire, based in Tewkesbury. The role focuses on maintenance, fault finding, and repair of electrical and battery-powered floor cleaning machines. A full UK driving licence and willingness to commute daily are required.

The package includes £30,000–£35,000 basic, 25% uncapped overtime, and a 12-month initial contract with potential to go permanent, plus pension, uniform, PPE and tools provided.

Qualifications

• Fault find using a multimeter
• Electrical bias with mechanical appreciation
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn and train
• Physically fit and able to handle large kit
• Team player with commuting to Tewkesbury
• Hold a full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and in-depth repairs on field-returned systems
• Fault finding on electrical and battery-operated floor cleaning machinery
• Product training provided for role-specific equipment
• Typical hours are 08:00–16:30 Mon-Thu, 08:00–15:30 Fri
