Job summary

TalentTech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Workshop Engineer to service and repair floor-cleaning systems in Gloucestershire, with duties based in Tewkesbury and nearby towns.

The role offers £30,000–£35,000 base, plus un-capped overtime and benefits. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent, including pension, uniform, PPE and tools; 28 days holiday. Working hours are 08:00–16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00–15:30 Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical fault-finding with a multimeter.
• Mechanical aptitude and can-do attitude; willingness to learn.
• Physically capable of handling large equipment.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and in-depth repairs of field-returned floor-cleaning systems.
• Fault-find electrical and battery-operated machinery, using a multimeter and other tools.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues.

• Work hours 08:00-16:30 Mon-Thu, 08:00-15:30 Fri.

Floor Sweeping & Scrubbing Machinery – Gloucestershire

Locations: Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Evesham

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 base + un‑capped overtime + benefits

Contract: Fixed term 12months, possible permanent
