Job summary

Colchester Borough Homes is seeking a Multiskilled Operative with a bricklaying and plastering bias to join its responsive repairs team in Colchester.

You will undertake a wide range of responsive repairs, routine and planned maintenance across properties, with a strong emphasis on bricklaying and plastering works and delivering excellent customer service.

The role is full-time and permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a firm commitment to health and safety guidelines.

Colchester Borough Homes are seeking to employ a Multi Trade Field Operative (with a bricklaying and plastering bias) who can undertake responsive repairs, routine and planned maintenance.

Individuals must be able to carry outa wide range of responsive repairs but must have a particular bias to bricklaying and plastering works.

Individuals must have a 'can do attitude' and drive to provide an excellent service to tenants and leaseholders in the borough.

Excellent customer care and communication skills are essential, and candidates will be required to demonstrate a genuine commitment to customer service. Individuals must ensure that all health, safety and environmental guidelines are followed.
