Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a static, site‑based role at a prestigious commercial building in Teddington, South West London. The role covers M&E and fabric maintenance with a small team and on‑site supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in mechanical/plumbing, with proven experience in commercial building maintenance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified mechanical/plumbing technician with C&G/NVQ Level 2 or higher.
• Experience maintaining HVAC, chillers, pumps, water treatment and lighting in commercial buildings.
• Proven track record in site maintenance and subcontractor supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanically biased M&E and fabric maintenance in a large commercial building.
• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate with on-site supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety and landlord service requirements.
