Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair M&E plant and fabric services at a Milton Keynes client site. You will support the Engineering Supervisor, manage contractors, and ensure safe, compliant service delivery.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, a minimum of two years' experience, and a City & Guilds Level 3 in mechanical discipline. You will be accountable for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Two years at similar level or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mechanical services incl. M&E plant and controls.
• Able to manage log book system and drive team adherence.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems, generators, HVAC, water systems.
• Experience with lifts and associated services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair M&E plant and fabric services on site.
• Use CAFM to monitor service delivery and log tasks.
• Ensure compliance with CBRE QHSE and ISO requirements.
• Supervise and induct specialist contractors and minor works.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance per schedules and industry best practices.
