Job summary

RG Setsquare is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a static site at Howdens facility in Raunds, Northamptonshire. The role covers reactive maintenance and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) across electrical, mechanical, and fabric systems to keep plant and building services compliant and available.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification and have experience in industrial or facilities maintenance, with a proactive approach to

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical or mechanical qualification.
• Experience in multi-skilled engineering or facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of M&E systems and building fabric maintenance.
• Experience in industrial or FM environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Undertake general building fabric maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure work complies with statutory requirements and safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Complete maintenance records and reports accurately.
• Work to SLAs and KPIs; liaise with site management and contractors.
• Maintain a safe working environment following HSE procedures.
• Support continuous improvement on site maintenance activities.
