Qualifications
- Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems.
- Familiarity with COSHH requirements for equipment and chemicals being used.
- Full, Clean Driving License.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across the GBS UK estates portfolio.
- Monitor the condition of GBS buildings and undertake repairs.
- Assist in planning refurbishment projects.
