Job summary

Refresco Group seeks a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer at Bridgwater, Somerset. You will keep the factory running at peak capacity, performing planned and reactive maintenance across packaging lines, conveyors, silos, pumps, and processing equipment.

You’ll diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control faults and deliver high-quality engineering service. Join a focused team with opportunities for training, career development, and overtime on a 4-on/4-off 12-hour shift pattern, days and nights.

Qualifications

L3 engineering qualification or time served.
Multi-skilled background - bias towards maintenance.
Confident in presenting new ideas and suggestions.
Accurate with strong attention to detail.
Experience on processing equipment: pipework, pumps, silos, turning equipment.
Fault finding in panels, sensors, relays, inverters, drives, motors, pumps, pneumatics and pipework.

Responsibilities

Work with Engineering Team Leader to deliver high-quality engineering service.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, basic control and instrumentation faults.
Carry out maintenance across installed asset base in your area.
Improve site performance to meet efficiency and standards.
Participate in factory improvement projects.
