Job summary

Refresco Bridgwater is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to keep our packaging and processing lines running at peak performance. You will diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and control faults across a range of state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role offers a 4 on 4 off 12-hour shift pattern, days with occasional 24/7 coverage, and benefits including life assurance, enhanced holiday allowance, and access to benefits platform.

Qualifications

• L3 engineering qualification or time served in engineering.
• Multi-skilled background – bias acceptable in either area.
• Experience with processing equipment: pumps, silos, conveyors, packaging machinery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and basic control faults.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across site equipment.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects.
