Job description

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is looking for a Host Apprentice to help create a welcoming, safe and well-run workplace. You will work alongside experienced colleagues while completing a nationally recognized Level 2 Facilities Services Operative Apprenticeship, with the potential to progress to Level 3. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, volunteering or another customer-facing environment would be helpful, but it is not essential.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming colleagues, visitors and contractors
• Supporting reception, meetings, events and room bookings
• Helping to maintain clean, stocked and presentable workplace areas
• Completing building checks and reporting facilities issues
• Logging and monitoring service requests
• Supporting workplace engagement and wellbeing activities
• Working with facilities teams including security, catering, housekeeping and engineering
