Job summary

CMS invites applications for a Facilities apprentices role in Manchester. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, gaining hands-on experience in office operations, meeting room setups, fault reporting and office moves. You will train through THE SKILLS PARTNERSHIP LIMITED, studying Facilities services operative (level 2).

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive facilities support to meeting spaces and events.
• Liaise with IT/AV and facilities teams to report faults.
• Assist with setting up conference/meeting rooms and room logistics.
• Undertake weekly audits of conference/meeting rooms and equipment.
• Support office moves and changes as required.
• Display high levels of customer service to clients and visitors.
