Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Host Apprentice in Manchester to create a welcoming, safe and well-run workplace. You will have the chance to complete a nationally recognised Level 2 Facilities Services Operative Apprenticeship and progress to Level 3.

You’ll gain structured training, coaching and practical experience across customer service, facilities, meetings and events, with support from experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming colleagues, visitors and contractors.

• Helping to maintain clean, stocked and presentable workplace areas.
• Completing building checks and reporting facilities issues.
• Logging and monitoring service requests.
• Supporting workplace engagement and wellbeing activities.
• Working with facilities teams including security, catering, housekeeping and engineering.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting reception, meetings, events and room bookings
• Helping to maintain clean, stocked and presentable workplace areas

• Logging and monitoring service requests
• Supporting workplace engagement and wellbeing activities
• Working with facilities teams including security, catering, housekeeping and engineering
