Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or facilities management environments.
• Practical maintenance skills across multiple disciplines (e.g., basic plumbing, carpentry, painting).
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, responsive service to patients, visitors and colleagues.
• Carry out estates and maintenance duties, inspections, fault reporting, and assist with planned works.
• Support patient movement and transportation; respond to service requests and incidents.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, infection control and risk assessments.
• Conduct equipment checks, keep records, and ensure tools and PPE are stored safely.
