Job summary

Mitie is seeking a reliable Building Maintenance/Caretaker to support routine upkeep and smooth operation of facilities in Worthing. The role involves basic repairs, maintenance tasks, and ensuring a safe, clean environment for occupants.

You will report faults promptly, follow safety practices, and assist with contractor access while delivering good service to building users. A full UK driving licence is preferred for the role.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in mechanical maintenance.
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities environment.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and basic mechanical tasks.
• Willingness to report faults and follow safety practices.
