Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Stafford is seeking a Multiskilled Operative to ensure day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance tasks on the account.

The role includes supervising sub-contractors, maintaining CBRE and sub-contractor paperwork, and upholding CBRE QHSE guidelines. You will develop good working relationships with CBRE Managed Services staff and client staff, carry out maintenance on M&E systems, and ensure a safe and healthy working environment in compliance with company

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Good written English skills.
• Basic Mathematics skills.

Responsibilities

• Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPMs to the site's M&E systems (BMS, Fire, Air Conditioning, Generators and LV Electrical Distribution and Switch Gear).
• Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by Contract Support or Contract Management in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to other site plant as required.
