Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Stafford is seeking a Multiskilled Operative to deliver day-to-day maintenance across site M&E systems, supervise subcontractors, and ensure CBRE and client paperwork is kept up to date. You will follow CBRE QHSE guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.

Key tasks include reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance, and responsible use of spares, with on-call duties (1 in 3) and possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining pumps, motors and valves.
• Experience operating Cooling Towers.
• Knowledge of health and safety obligations in maintenance.
• Experience on a client resident site.
• Certification for Maintenance and Operation of Evaporative Cooling Systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organise and assist in reactive repairs and PPMs to M&E systems.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on site plant.
• Maintain comprehensive maintenance records.
• Ensure safety procedures and method statements are prepared.
• Liaise with CBRE and client staff to maintain service quality.
• On-call duties 1 in 3 with potential overtime.
